Oftentimes, when we are exposed to life, we all have different sensitivities to different experiences. And if some trauma or pain comes as a hindrance, it is a deal that needs to be dealt with. It’s the memory that takes over, and people get triggered all the time. The entire life becomes confusing—there are only misunderstandings and reactions to situations. But in the hopelessness, a change of heart seems impossible.
Well, we are not getting off the subject, but it is overthinking that is draining your energy system. There could be many reasons; maybe our thoughts, insecurities, or hypervigilant state, fight, or flight responses can lead to restlessness, irritability, impatience, and overthinking.
Whether it is an age-old trauma, abuse, low self-esteem, or denial of the abuse, you have to choose between a new life and old sad memories. You have to dig deeper and find the causes that make you upset, shrink, or withdraw from life itself, which in today’s terms is called procrastination.
There could be a lot of reasons why one gets burnout, such as a stressful routine, no work-life balance, too many commitments, and changing priorities. In today’s world, we don’t have to walk kilometers to fetch water; we have transport facilities and many more advantages that anyone could ever imagine that the people in the past had.
I know from the past we have learned people-pleasing habits, wrongly called etiquette. But in today’s time, nobody wants to trade their sanity for even a job role. When there is serious damage, you have to make a call and choose for yourself. But that doesn’t mean people don’t change; people do change only if they want to, and you cannot wait for that long and damage your mental health. So, it is your life; your body knows better to listen to your gut feeling and align with your intuition.
Even today, people feel guilty for prioritizing themselves, but you have to prioritize yourself because your peace, mental health, and overall well-being are at stake. It’s okay not to blame people and take responsibility because moving towards light is surely tough but an evolution in itself. And I will be sharing amazing hacks that helped me avoid burnout and chaos.

5 WAYS TO AVOID BURNOUT AND CHAOS
1: Morning Ritual: What you can do is immediately, while in bed, you can start some breathing practices; there are various ones in yoga, and then sound therapy, chanting loudly. A bad lifestyle is the reason behind brain fog, burnout, and chaos.
2: Morning Routine: After the first step, you can jot down your schedule on paper. You can write for one hour on this subject, one hour on this project, and so on. So, when you do not meticulously assign time slots to prospects, you are avoiding a lot of chaos. Now with this schedule, you will not get overwhelmed and eventually avoid burnout.
3: Visualization: This third step is to visualize your schedule, which is another exciting and promising activity to do early in the morning. When you inculcate these habits, you will recall your task out of excitement and no more procrastination, forever discipline, and kindness.
4: Night Ritual: Again, all the sitting yoga practices you can do, which include breathing practices and sound healing (anything that, after chanting, calms down the nervous system and boosts dopamine).
5: Night Routine: Even this part is crucial, showering your happiness down on paper or the system about your whole day, and all the pep talk you want to give. Journaling helps to restore happy memories, which is the most important aspect as part of gratitude, and helps to manage your emotional patterns, triggers, and habits, all good and bad.
This routine helps you to find accountability and gives you a reality check. As part of breathwork, conscious breathing can provide oxygen supply to your brain, and that’s the reason why you can avoid burnout, chaos, and brain fog.
It’s okay to be aware of your thoughts; pay attention if you are gossiping in your mind – ask yourself, will these thoughts help me grow? If you are worried, then do the affirmation and ask the universe to protect you and take care of all your worries. Also, if at noontime you still feel burned out initially, in that case, you can visualize that time slot as your favorite time. Maybe you can build that atmosphere with lighting and visualize tasks and the remaining day’s schedule as the start of your fresh day, as if you’re starting fresh.
It’s interesting when you do it and feel the transformation; that’s when you know that you no longer have to push yourself through the tasks or life itself. You may not be ahead of your self-assigned tasks, but with practice, you can master them. And once you avoid burnout and chaos, you can also take your power back and live the dream life you desire, truly fulfilled and satisfied.
